• Marine – liabilities arising out of the ownership or operation of watercraft (P&I and charterers) and the supporting maritime industries such as shipbuilders/repairers, ports, terminals, marinas and other marine liabilities;
• Upstream Energy – liabilities arising from the upstream oil and gas sector, including the search for, drilling and production of natural resources, plus any related construction, dismantling or removal operations. We also specialise in liability products for renewable energy sources such as wind or wave power;
• Midstream Energy – liabilities arising from the midstream oil and gas sector, including the handling, processing, transmission and storage of oil and gas, power generation and energy utility companies.

In addition to our underwriting expertise, Watkins also has an in-house resource for risk management which can be utilised for site surveys, asset reviews and as a client technical liaison on safety issues.
